By using Aesthetic Dashboard by LHC you agree to these terms. It is run by Luqman Health Care Management in Pakistan.

What the service is

A tool for clinics to show their treatments and prices, take bookings, and track payments, and for patients to book and follow their appointments. We provide the software. The treatments are provided by each clinic, not by us.

Treatments, prices and advice

Each clinic is responsible for its treatments, prices, offers, opening hours and the care it gives. Information on a menu card is not medical advice. Please speak to the clinic about whether a treatment is right for you.

Payments

The app does not take your money. You pay the clinic directly, using the payment method the clinic shows, and the clinic confirms it in the app. Refunds and rescheduling are agreed between you and the clinic.

Your account

Give correct details, keep your sign-in email and codes private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Clinic staff must keep their login to themselves and use patient information only to serve patients.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other people's information, send spam, or upload anything unlawful. We may pause an account or clinic that breaks these terms.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from clinic services, missed appointments, or the service being unavailable.

Changes, law and contact
