Aesthetic Dashboard by LHC is run by Luqman Health Care Management in Pakistan. It lets clinics show their treatments, take bookings, and keep track of payments. This page explains what information we keep and why.

What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, email address, the treatments you choose, your appointment times, and payment details you send to the clinic (such as a payment screenshot). If you leave feedback, we keep your rating and comment. When a clinic joins: the owner's name, phone, email, city, and clinic details.

Why we use it

To make and manage your booking, to let the clinic confirm your payment, to send reminders about your appointment, to help you sign in, and to keep the service secure. With your agreement, the clinic you book with and Luqman Health Care may also contact you about offers.

Who can see it

The clinic you book with can see your booking details. Other clinics cannot see them. We do not sell your information. We use trusted services to run the app: a database and sign-in provider (Supabase), hosting (Railway), and email delivery (Resend). They handle information only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us or your clinic to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you about offers, at any time. Some records, such as payments, may need to be kept for a period for accounting. Contact us using the details below.

Keeping it safe

Access is protected by sign-in, and each clinic can only see its own patients. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in email private and never share your sign-in code with anyone.
