Clinic owners ask us first: is our patients' information safe? Here is what we do, in plain words.
How your clinic's data is protected
- Your clinic's records are kept apart from every other clinic's. One clinic can never see another clinic's patients, bookings or payments.
- Your data is encrypted while it travels between your device and the app, and while it is stored.
- It is held in a professional cloud database, not on a phone or an office computer that can be lost or stolen.
- Every person signs in with their own login. Passwords are handled by the sign-in service and cannot be read by us.
- What your clinic chooses to publish, such as your menu card, prices, pictures and the public feed, can be seen by anyone. Patient records (phone numbers, bookings, payments and medical notes) are never shown publicly.
- You own your records. You can download a full copy as an Excel file at any time.
- Our team opens a clinic's data only when the clinic Admin asks us for help.
